SI Joint Correction

Step 1

 

  • Lie on your back with knees bent. 

  • Place your hands around the involved leg and push into hands for 5 seconds. 

  • Repeat this 2 more times, each time w/ your leg in a different position.


Step 2

 

  • Place your fists or a ball between your knees and squeeze together for 5 seconds. 

  • Repeat this 1 more time.

- Use this technique for reducing pain.  Perform no more than 3 times per day.
